Welcome to Soulution Lab — the philosophy behind everything I do, built over three decades of finding my way, and the direction I'm building toward now as independent consultant. It captures the three things I believe innovation needs to be: outcome-driven, human-centred, and experimental by nature.

 

Today it's a one-person practice, but I partner with peers across the creative industries and the verticals I work in — including airports and onboard experiences. The vision is to grow it into something larger: a lab in the truest sense, helping innovation leaders and teams transform their mindset, approaches, tools, and outcomes to meet tomorrow's open-ended, ill-defined, and systemic challenges and shape new opportunities.
